Warranty Policy

All products are covered by a 30 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY* unless stated otherwise, with the exception of Security Equipment which carry a 90 DAY LIMITED WARRANTY*.

Warranty becomes VOID if product has been subjected to abuse, misuse, accidentally drop, liquid damage, alteration, neglect or unauthorized repair.

TriniStore.biz reserves the right to determine whether or not a product is indeed defective or not.

Authorized Resellers benefit from an additional 30 Day Grace Period in which their warranty* can START when they resell their product (up to 30 Days AFTER their invoice date) to allow sufficient time to resell and offer warranty to their customers.

*Warranty covers manufacturer defects ONLY.

Return Policy

Defective products; If a product has a defect you may return it to TriniStore.biz anytime within the warranty period. If found defective, you can either receive a refund, credit note or an exchange (if repair isn’t possible) depending on the situation.

Defective items being returned will be subjected to a full inspection to verify that the product is indeed defective and the cause of the problem before any course of action is taken to resolve the issue, which can take 3-5 DAYS.

Refunds are only permitted for returns within FIVE (5) DAYS after your invoice date unless defective.

Exchanges are for the same product or at the sole discretion of TriniStore.biz.

Unless defective, all refunds are subjected to a 15% RE-STOCKING FEE.

All returns must be accompanied by your Original Invoice and be in Original Purchase Condition i.e. NOT damaged in any visible way, original packaging and accessories must also be included. Any return that does not meet the above criteria will be REFUSED by TriniStore.biz.
